York County SC Recent Police Blotter Round Up

The York County Sheriff's Office announced 6 new arrests over the weekend including:

Elaine Neely, 47, of York, was booked Sunday on criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and filing a false police report. Neely had previously served time in the York County Detention Center twice on charges of domestic violence.

Kenneth Martin Walden, 45, of Clover, was booked Sunday on driving under suspension and a family court bench warrant. Walden had previously served time in the York County Detention Center six different times.

Demetrio Escalante Perez, 27, of Rock Hill, was booked Sunday on operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Sir James Arthur Mobley, 22, of Rock Hill, was booked Sunday with possession of marijuana.

John Frank Howell, 36, of Hickory Grove, was booked Sunday on breach of peace. Howell has served time in York County Detention Center one time before on public disorderly conduct.

Damon Christopher Sumter, 36, of Fort Mill, was booked Saturday on driving under the influence.
